ITEM: Air-actuated slide table with vertical lift and micrometer adjustment providing X Y Z and rotational capability. DESCRIPTION: For sale is an air-operated slide table with approx. 5 ¾ in. horizontal movement and approx. ¼ in. vertical movement. Mounted on the slide table is a smaller table with micrometer adjustment in 2 axes (about ¼ in movement) and a pivot which rotates the round table approx. 15 degrees. The entire table is mounted on 4 large rubber feet. The larger air cylinder has 2 adjustment valves and there is a toggle switch air valve (see photo) and a stop valve. The vertical lift has 2 ball bearing slide bearings on each of the 4 guide bars. There is an adjustment knob linked to the smaller air cylinder with sprockets and belt. Pretty much all construction is anodized aluminum except bearings, shafts, etc. Dimensions are: Base – 11 ¾ by 15 in. Vertical lift table – 10 by 12 in. Slide table 4 by 4 in. Circular rotating table – 3 ½ in dia. Total height is 7 in. CONDITION: Used. Micrometers and pivot motion work fine, long air cylinder tested fine both directions at fairly low pressure (about 15 psi), didn’t figure out the valving to the smaller air cylinder that lifts the table about ¼ in. (vertical movement by hand is smooth). There is some minor rust and dust. Item was in working condition when pulled from service and is in good physical condition.
