These are brand-new manufacturer overstock cables. They are flex ribbon cables with .10" AMP connectors on one end, and .10" spacing solder pins on the other end. The can be soldered into a PCB, and will withstand wave soldering machines. They are guaranteed to be 100% perfect condition.
