Offered for your consideration is a DE LAVAL Stainless Steel Cream Separator Cone and Float assembly. The cone has the nunber 514 stamped on the underside and the float has the number 21861 near the outer edge. I didn't do much to these parts other than to clean them up a bit. They are in Very Good Condition. I did notice while cleaning that the cone has a small dent in the float. The Cone is PERFECT. Here are some specific measurements: The cone is 3 7/16" high. I'm not sure how to say this but here goes... The outside diameter of the underside flange seems to be 6 1/2" That is the part that makes metal to metal contact with the spout. The center hole (where the float lives is 4 5/16") across. The small hole looks to be about 3/8". The Float is 2" high and 4 1/4" across. (please look at our rules and privacy policy) |
