Heathkit IB-5281 RCL Bridge in mint condition condition (looks like its never been used). Specifications: Resistance Ranges: 10 Ohm to 10 Megohm in three ranges. Capacitance Ranges: 10 pf to 10 uf in three ranges. Inductance Ranges: 10 uh to 10 h in three ranges. External Standard Range: 1:1 to 10:1. Oscillator Frequencies: 1 KHz, 10 KHz, 100 KHz. I've ("mechanically") completely taken the IB-5281 apart. Checked all componets and replaced where needed, cleaned and polished everything down to the last screw. It has been re-calibrated and is in perfect working condition. Included is the test clips, two new 9 Volt batteries and a complete copy of the manual. This IB-5281 has the option of using internal batteries or the external IPA-5280-1 power supply (not included). One of the pictures shows the IB-5281 in operation.
