I bought this new and it has always worked perfectly. Used only a few times. Tunes 142 to 156 MHZ, meter reads SWR directly. SO-239 jack for antenna plus jacks for Frequency Out and External Power. Internal 9 Volt battery supplied. Original instructions included. No scratches, just a couple of tiny marks in the paint. I now have one of their fancy units with the frequency counter, so don’t need this one any longer.
