Stainless Steel Azo Transloader Powder Conveying System This is a like-new, sanitary-grade powder conveying system built by Azo and previously used in a pharmaceutical plant. Construction is of stainless steel, which has a sanitary polish. It is designed to convey powdered materials by vacuum, allowing for a closed transport of the product involved. The unit works like a baghouse, with material being sucked into the S/S chamber, and the discharge air passed through cloth filters, which retain the powder. A 12? sanitary grade butterfly valve allows removal of the product from the bottom of the chamber. A set of compressed air guns shakes the product off of the cloth bags when needed, to prevent the system from stopping due to a lack of airflow. The unit is on a stainless steel stand to allow discharge to a drum. Our offer is for the unit as pictured. A complete system requires several additional components. If you are familiar with these systems you already know that a vacuum source, compressed air, and an electrical control panel for the cleaning process are required. We do not have these items with this offer, but they are readily available. The condition of this unit is like new, and represents a great value. We include strapping to a skid for transportation, and loading to your truck at our warehouse.
