This looks near new!! It has a light film of storage rust (can be seen in photos) - the type that an oily cloth would wipe away. Opens smoothly to 1-9/16in effectively negating the need to carry several size standard open end wrenches. 16in o/all length. Imagine climbing poles and then lugging a bag full of various single sized wrenches to complete a job. Tapered end to align rivet or bolt holes.
