This is a gre super-converter model 9001 .(GETS THE FULL 800-956mhz no blocks) In good condition . Converts higher frequencies down to 410-550 MHz to receiver on your scanner or other receiver. An unknown use is to convert those 900 m video transmitters that are sold for video cameras down so you can receive them on you standard tv/vcr. Thanks
