For this reason, we suggest you contact the product manufacturer by phone instead of e-mailing us if you need information about a product you have received. * A claim is made within 3 days of item's delivery. * Any mistake in the listing made by us. * The item must be returned in the condition it was received with all original contents and packaging. * Brand new items which are factory sealed in the manufacturers box are not covered by our return policy, because we did not manufacture the item. Items may be under a manufacturers warranty, usually this requires a warranty card to be filled out and mailed in. * If you receive a brand new item in the manufacturers sealed box, and it does not work, do not contact me, contact the manufactuer of the product.
