Woodguard is an all in one semi-transparent oil based stain and EPA registered wood preservative. Woodguard is designed for use on log homes, cedar or pine siding, as well as shake shingles. On initial applications one gallon of Woodguard will cover approximately 150 square feet of resawn cedar siding or about 200 square feet of logs. On initial applications only one coat of Woodguard is required. Best results are achieved when you apply the Woodguard until the wood refuses to take any more.
