THE ANTENNA COMES STOCK WITH A 20' straight LEAD-IN TERMINATED WITH AN ALLIGATOR CLIP FOR EASY HOOKUP TO A TELESCOPIC ANTENNA ON YOUR RADIO. This antenna like all our others is made by retired senior citizens with no less than 40 years as a licensed ham operator. Each of us has built numerous ham rigs and numerous HF,VHF and UHF antennas and lots of other electronic equipment. We're not doing this to get rich, just to keep these old fingers nimble and our minds busy. Of course this is not a fancy $300 amplified antenna, but it works great and you can't beat the signal capture or the great price! We've been making Various Slinky Antennas since 1965 and we've MADE AND SOLD more of them than anybody in the world! Since we started selling antennas on e-bay last spring, we've sold more than 2500 antennas, each one carefully hand made and tested. That practice continues today! We're not a giant company, just a couple of old folks who started making antennas in our garage to try and help further the Radio Hobby we've enjoyed for more than 50 years.
