This is a 50 channel 800MHz uniden bearcat scanner. I dont know much about these but I bought it new a few years ago and hardly ever used it. The condition is awesome and it comes with the cord to plug into the wall. It can take 4aa batteries or it also uses Ni-Cd batteries. The model # BC80XLT Serial #55010511.
