This listing is for a mirrored scale 0-3000 psi tst gauge made by ASHCROFT. serial number of 60-1174. from GE's jet engine rebuilding facility in Ontario, Ca that was recently moved "offshore",( makes you feel great, to have the cheapest labor in the world rebuilding the engines on your passenger airliner, doesn't it?).This was NOT removed from service because of inaccuracy, but because facility closed, and has not been used by average"dummies", who would carelessly over pressure it, and has been serviced on an annual basis since new.Made for vertical mount, so that is why needle is not in the "zero' postion, I assure you it is when vertical. I have checked this gauge at four points, and it is accurate. The dial, which is mirrored to prevent paralax errors, is 5 1/2" in diameter.Knife edged pointer. Stainless bourdon tube. Knife edged pointer., 1/4" male npt inlet. 7 1/2" o.a. diameter. This precision pressure gauge has been calibrated on my HEISE calibration test bench, using traceable transfer standards, with nitrogen gas.
