The Case CS book is dated 2000 and is 60 pages with full colour illustrations; unfortunately, the cover is a little rubbed but the condition is otherwise excellent. There are seven holes punched along the left-hnd edge. The Case Maxxum Plus product guide is dated 1994 and is 68 pages with lots of really good black and white illustrations. Both rare pieces.
