(Qty 1) APM-250E (400MHz-1000MHz 250 watt Element) The entire kit is in like new condition. No scratches, chips, dings or defects can be found on the wattmeter or on the elements. The leather case is in perfect condition with the exception of the word TRAINING that was written on the lid with a black marker. I tried to clean it off but could not remove all of the writing. The unit appears to be in perfect working condition but I cannot verify this because I don’t have a digital transmitter in my box of goodies. The meter shows that the battery is in good condition. This wattmeter has been stored in a climate controlled environment for several years and chances are has never been used.
