The Radio Amateur's Handbook 31st Edition 1954 This is a beautiful vintage book Published by The American Radio Relay League 543 pages, plus 65 pages Vacuum Tube Data, plus 180 pages Catalog Section This is a soft cover. The top outside corner of the back cover is creased. I would say that this is in fair condition, please look at the pictures and judge for yourself. Media mail $3.50, normally takes two weeks, can take up to six weeks to arrive Most countries, but not all, have flat rate envelopes available for books that weigh 4 pounds or less. The cost is $10.50 with delivery in 4 to 7 days. For Canada the cost is $8.50 Air Mail is available to all countries. In most cases it costs more than flat rate. The time is normally 4 days to 2 weeks, but it can take more than 3 months. Economy mail is cheaper, delivery takes 4 to 6 weeks, but it can take 6 months or longer. There is Economy M-bags and Airmail M-bags available to most countries. Airmail M-bags usually take 2 to 12 weeks to arrive I will be happy to accept your personal check, they take 2 weeks to clear my bank. Condition is a very subjective thing. I always include lots of picture to show the condition of the book, if covers are loose they are described as such, if pages are loose or missing, they are described as such. To me, inscriptions in a book add to the books character and history, and do not detract from the desirability of a book. If an inscription in a book bothers you, please email me and ask me about the book you are interested in before purchasing it. I will be happy to check it for you. I try and catch all the books that have odors, but if you are especially sensitive to mold or cigarette odors, please email and ask, I’ll be happy to double check them for you.
