HP 54502A - 400 MHz 2-channel Digital Oscilloscope The HP 54502A digital oscilloscope features a 400 MHz bandwidth, 2 channels, a vertical sensitivity range of 2 mV/div to 5 V/div and a 400 MSa/s simultaneous maximum sampling rate/ch. A fairly nice unit complete with 2 ea 10441A probes, copy of the front panel operations guide. The scope was rack-mounted and therefore missing the bail handle. 30-days warranty.
