This rig does it all. probably one of the best functional dual band radio's ever made. Includes complete seprate controls for each band, and is capable of being a full cross-band repeater - excellent for emergency use. The Icom IC-2340H dual band (VHF and UHF) transceiver for the 2 meter and 70 centimeter amateur bands. Rig features true dual band, simultaneous operation (listen to both 2m and UHF at the same time). Includes 50 watts output in VHF, 35 watts output in UHF, dual volume, squelch, and vfo controls. 110 memory channels. Scan. wide band receive including AM aircraft receive. Aluminum die cast construction, cooling fan, auto power off function, time out timer function, built in duplexer. Includes PL / CTCSS Encode for both bands, scan, auto repeater function. Radio was bench tested for a week and works as it should. Will not be DOA. Was never used mobile, only desktop. Radio has no scratches, dings, or blemishes. Includes radio, matching touchtone HM-77 microphone, and all user/operation instruction and service manuals. Rig was used in non-smoking environment, was used for about 1 year before the original owner passed away. Was stored in hallway closet since then. A nice piece of amateur radio equipment.
