Linear 8 inch Acme Screw travel 2 bolt carriage with Acme Nut and worm gear DC motor and 2 DC gearhead motors caterpillar feeds opto limits. Two low RPM gearhead 6-24 VDC motors and a DC worm gear motor, the gearhead motors run about 200 RPM at 12 volts with these moving timing belts. This is a set of two complete assemblies so you have a backup to any project. Guaranteed not dead on arrival There is a lot of aluminum plate, brackets, limit switches, and timing belts to move, drive, or feed anything. If you want, the pictures show schematics to use the Opto detectors directly into a TTL 7400 IC. This can Flip-Flop motor direction and, with a relay, it can run continuously back and forth. Drive a relay with a 2N222 transistor and wire the relay as a double pole double throw switch to reverse DC voltage to the motor. Each DC motor runs on low voltage between 6 and 24 volts depending on speed and load. The caterpillar feeds are also driven by timing pulleys and timing belts to another gear head motor. These came from working equipment used to move tape storage cartridges up to a caterpillar insertion feed. Use for linear positioning and fixturing.
