This item is a Siltronix FD-1011 frequency counter. It has a list of CB channels and frequency on the front of the unit from channels 1-40. It has 1 shielded wire coming out of the back with a 2.5mm plug and a 13.8 terminal on bacck. I was told this goes with a 1011 Siltronix radio. It has a few marks on the top of it, but overall in nice condition. 110V
