Here is an Alinco DJ-180T ham radio. I purchased this about a year ago when I was thinking about getting my ham radio license. I never got around to it and far too busy to get it now. This unit is in great shape and powers on. The battery hold a charge. I have never tried to transmit on this radio but was told when i purchased it that the radio was in working order. I don't have an instruction manual with the radio but one can be download from this link: http:// /pdf.files/Instruction/Handheld/dj180_480insweb.pdf 12/9/2006 - I for got to put in the description that the battery latch is broken on this radio. It must be common with these, because i have seen 2 or 3 listed on e-bay with broken battery latches. The only time it will affect the functionability of the radio is if it slides. If I was going take it with a piece of electrical tape. (please look at our rules and privacy policy) |
