NIB: STARRETT 6" CHROME RULE 4R GRADIENT L.S. STARRETT 6" CHROME RULE WITH 4R GRADIENT Gradient: 4R [8ths, 16ths, 32nds, & 64ths] Item is NOS and has never been used. NEW & UNUSED: Most of our items are old contract stock that was never delivered. Since most of these items are at least 20 years old and some of them are in the 30-50 year old range, they will not be that brand new, factory fresh item that you would get in a store. I try to take as high of quality pictures as possible and to describe the item as accurately as possible. Unless otherwise marked, these items have never been used, and are ?New In the Box?. I do not clean or oil any of the precision tools: the main reason is that I am very picky {a nice way of putting it} about my tools, and clean/lubricate them in a specific way-> most users of the precision tools are the same way, so I will let you remove the protective coatings and lubricate the item in your own way.
