This WILL NOT work on an Icom or Yaesu etc. Please don't ask about those because I don't have any. Use that mike on all your radios, no need to to re-wire your mike every time you want to use it on a Kenwood radio. This item WILL NOT work on other 8pin radios without re-wiring the adapter! (yes they may be dis-assembled and rewired if you have the knowledge. No, I am not interested in doing it for you.)
