Crete Seal 30 is a non-yellowing pure acrylic concrete sealer designed for decorative concrete such as stamped, overlays, acid stained and exposed aggregate surfaces, as well as brushed or trowel finished concrete surfaces. This sealer is high viscosity and high in solids, Crete Seal 30 is great for exposed aggregate and concrete where extra gloss is desired .
Combustible liquid (Flash point 105 degrees F). Keep away from open flame and heat. Do not smoke. Avoid direct contact. Skin and eye irritation may occur. Use in well-ventilated area. Inhalation of vapors may cause breathing difficulties. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Strongly recommended for exterior use only. First aid is as follows:
Move victim from exposure source. Flush eyes with water for 10-15 minutes.
Remove contaminated clothing. Wash with soap and water. If irritation persists seek medical attention.
Move victim to fresh air immediately. Contact physician if breathing is difficult.
Crete Seal 30 brings out the beauty of decorative and aggregate driveways, patios and sidewalks as well as any concrete surface where protection or sealing is needed.
Crete Seal 30 offers improved resistance to rain, sun, freezing temperatures, stains, and other pollutants. Applying Crete Seal 30 to exposed aggregate will also help eliminate loose pebbles and premature wear.
Crete Seal 30 is formulated with highly durable 100% acrylic resins with substrate wetting agents and anti-foaming additives to help ensure excellent adhesion and eliminate bubbles for extended life of the coating.
â–º Crete Seal 30 can applied by brush, roller, solvent resistant pump up sprayer (may clog cheap sprayers), or lambs wool applicator. Apply a standard uniform coat at the rate of 100-200 sq. ft. per gallon depending on the porosity of the concrete surface.
â–º Allow the coating to dry for at least a period of 4-6 hours and then apply a second coat form maximum protection of the concrete surface.
â–º Application equipment may be cleaned using xylene or a laquer type solvent.
