mazak quick turn 10N with mazatrol cam t-2 model: QT 10N UNI ser # 63023K date Feb 1986 weight 8000# machine has been owned and ran for 10 years for 40 hours a week and was damaged during a overhead door malfunction and damaged front panel. Bought a machine for parts and replaced crt front control panel. Has been out of service for over a year while obtaining a replacing parts. rebuilt parts by mitsubishi replaced: power supply, z drive($2000), NC unit checked($1000), spindle drive($3000) and x,y drive was reconditioned($1000) unit still has a alarm which reads ALARM 2 SERVO LAG EXCESS Z AXIS when replaced front panel had some wires that were tore out and needs someone to look at it and make sure it is all hooked up right and then will believe will work fine. spindle ran smooth and held good tolerances the day before damaged. also has battery alarm because has been out of service but new batteries have been installed and should charge Be sure to add me to your favorites list!
