CB'ers - You can add extra channels to those classic 23 channel sets with a VFO.
Siltronix made 7 different versions of their Classic VFOs.
Take the guesswork out of matching the right VFO (FREQ output) to your vintage rig. This manual will match the right VFO to your particular 50's, 60's or 70's CB radio. Need more help, just call (mornings PST) 949 497-WIRE and I will throw my 25yrs+ engineering knowledge into a workable solution for you.
For those of you not familiar, the Siltronix VFOs are 'Top of the Line'. Their Model 90 VFOs sold for $149.95 back in the 70's and are a jewels to operate thanks to the rugged construction and silky smooth vernier reduction drive for fine tuning.
VFOs greatly expand a radios channel capacity by allowing the operator to vary the frequency (unlike a fixed crystal) and are easy to hookup.
Protected in a Heavy Card-Stock cover, this 20 page - Complete Guide To Siltronix VFOs contains a wealth of useful hard-to-find literature, including color pictures and technical charts. There is even a brief history of the Swan / Siltronix Corporation.
The following models are featured:
Inside the Manual is the Following:

* Glenn from Browning Laboratories - Headquarters of 'The World Famous Browning Golden Eagle' says: "Gregg Your Siltronix manual arrived today - what a great information source you've put together, 'an invaluable resource for ANY vintage CB collector' - you clearly have no competition!! Salute!!!!!!!!!!"

It is Illegal for 11 meter operators in the United States to Transmit using a VFO. Transmitting outside the normal 40 channels ( 26.965 MHz - 27.405 MHz ) is also a FCC Violation.
Many years ago I published this very popular ‘Siltronix VFO Information Guide’.
Now I'm proud to announce the Siltronix Model 90-3C VFO featuring a 40 Channel Dial with an improved frequency range. Picture # 2 is part of my huge Siltronix VFO inventory including many (Model 90-3-Custom's, the only Siltronix VFOs ever produced with a 40 channel dial). Don't short-change your classic radio by settling for anything less than a full-output s9radio Custom Siltronix VFO. Better hurry, vintage CB radio is hotter than ever and they are going fast.
