The cabinet has a few scratches here and there, with a NICE front panel showing just very minor wear. To light the meters, a 12VDC source is necessary; plugs into the FT-102 or use external source with other transceivers. Comes with a copy of the instructions, but not the entire manual; just the necessities! I hope this "info/editorial" gives you all the info you need to deal with us on this or any other item.
