You enter the day of the last calibration and how often it is required. Calibration then computes how long you have until the next calibration is due and will warn you when the due date is within 30 days. Reports can be printed of just your items that are due or all of your items for inventory purposes. Don't get caught using an item that is out of calibration. Get Calibration to remind you. Calibration has been in use by the South Carolina Army Aviation Flight Facility for several years to track over 400 calibrated items with great success.
