This is a 1936 Oliver/Hart Parr Model 1828. The engine turns free and was a running up to a year ago when the manifold was sold. It needs a manifold,carb and mag. There may be a few other small parts it would need to be complete. a good candidate for a restoring. These tractors are getting harder to find. very hard to find one that is loose. The tires are good with one new one on the front. the one back one leaks at the valve stem.
