HP3488A Switch Unit & 4x 44473A Matrix Switch & Headers The Agilent 3488A switch/control unit brings versatile, GPIB programmable switching to tests requiring multi-channel measurements. The Agilent 3488A provides signal switching with the integrity and isolation needed for high-performance production test systems. It also offers a flexible, low-cost interconnection for automating experiments on the bench and for developing tests in the lab. The Agilent 3488A is designed to hold up to five switch and control modules. * DC to 26.5 GHz signal switching * Matrix, multiplexer, and general purpose relays * 40 configuration storage registers * Digital I/O control and actuation * 11 switch and control modules The Agilent 44473A module brings highly flexible matrix switching to your test system. You can use the matrix switch module to conveniently connect a group of instruments to several points on the DUT. Individual modules provide a 4x4 two-wire matrix that allows any combination of inputs and outputs to be connected for signals up to 250V or 2A. This item is used and has been powered up.
