1990 CASE 360 TRACTOR BACKHOE TRENCHER BLADE NO RESERVE This Trencher starts, runs and operates but because of it's age and poor condition we are selling it as - is. The machine is in need of some work to put it back to 100% usable condition but does perform all of it's basic tasks. The unit shows 2038 but most likely has more than that on it. Measures 18' L x 5'W x 90" H and weighs about 6,000 lbs. Hours: We do not sell anything that we have bought from new, therefore we can not guarantee hours on anything we sell, we never turn them back or change tachs. But through the course of a machines life things can happen. If a machine is showing low hours and does not appear to be correct from our standpoint we will state it. Storage: All items can be stored at our location for 6 months without any additional charges, HOWEVER after 6 months your item will be sold for storage and you will not receive any of the proceeds!!!!!! Sales Tax: 6% PA sales tax to PA residents and all items picked up in PA at our location. If you are a farmer and the item produces a crop, or if you are a dealer and have a valid Resale #, fill out a form and you will not have to pay it. Delivery: We have delivery available for $2.75 per loaded mile for Roll Back and $3.25 per loaded mile for Tractor Trailer, we also have discount rates to Western PA, Charlotte NC, Darlington & Orangeburg SC, Eastern IL, and North Central IN, Buffalo NY, Bristol TN, Northern Florida, Southern and Central Georgia, Bristol Tenn., and Buffalo NY. Please call for details. Delivery miles are from our door to yours off of our trucks odometer, not what Map Quest tells you. OK after looking at this machine some more this is what I have learned. First of all it started outside today in 35 degree weather without any ether or similar products and it does not smoke. Secondly it has rock teeth on the trencher. The trencher appears to be in very good shape and does not have any slop in it. The backhoe pins are loose and have 1/4" of play or so in them. The linkage for moving the machine has a lot of play in it and will need to be repaired and the lever for the two speed is stuck in working mode. Most of this stuff should be very easy to fix.
