Graphic Wizard Numbering Machine Grade Scale of Estimated Condition A Outstanding- Good operating condition with exceptional mechanical, inside and out; requires no repair. B Clean- Good operating condition with some normal wear but no major mechanical or cosmetic problems. C Average- Satisfactory operating condition but may have a few minor mechanical and/or cosmetic problems. D Poor- Operational but may have mechanical and/or cosmetic problems requiring significant repairs. F Rough- May be non operational with major mechanical and/or exterior problems. Note- We are trying to do our best to represent items with respect to age, function and appearance and have come up with what we consider a reasonable way to judge the condition of equipment.
