This 7K was purchased as an assembled unit from S-COM in May 2004 by our local amateur radio club and was to be installed as a replacement for an older controller on one of the club’s repeaters. Due to various reasons, this controller was never installed and just kept as a spare. It has been connected to a radio for testing purposes (it checked out OK), but has never been installed at the repeater site. It is in mint condition, as received from S-COM.
This controller is believed to be in perfect operating condition. It has been in home storage since being tested a couple of years ago, so I am confident that all is OK. However, like all used electronic equipment, there can be no absolute guarantees.
