Modular mobile office construction trailer 50'x12' This is for a fully functioning mobile office in excellent condition inside and outside. BOTH SIDES OF THE UNIT ARE OPEN. THIS WAS PART OF A MULTIPLE UNIT BUILDING THAT WERE CONNECTED SIDE TO SIDE. THESE SIDES CAN EASILY BE BUILT WITH NORMAL 2X4 CONSTRUCTION AND T-111 SIDING. I have up to four of these so that you could make a 24x50, 36x50 or a 48x50 foot building Electrical has a main panel with lights and plugs . There is a central air conditioning unit with ducts throughout This is built like a regular building with wood T-111 siding, 2x4 framing, regular insulation and wall panelling. The inside has panelling on the walls. The ceiling is an acoustic ceiling with built in lights.
