It is well known that for a number of reasons once the pressure gauge of a gas cylinder has been set, the flow of gas can fluctuate by the time it reaches the welding torch nozzle, causing gas flow inaccuracies. The portatle GAS Flow Gauge measures the actual flow of shielding gas from the MMIG or TIG welding torch nozzle. This flow gauge has a number of cost saving advantages; it is a simple but funtional design and for very little outlay can improve overall welding performance. *Preset the pressure of gas cylinder *Hold rubber base of gauge over the end of the nozzle *Activate the trigger for gas flow The actual flow of gas from the torch nozzle can be seen immediately and at the same time the flow reading of the cylinder gauge can be checked and adjusted if necessary. Correct gas flow optimises weld quality and generates cosiderable reduction of tourch consumables and gas consumption, both cost-saving factors (please look at our rules and privacy policy) |
