I really don't know what these items are but I'll tell you what I can. The brand is WATLOW. They appear to be some type of timer or counter. One is # 93BA1CD100RG221484. (This unit appears to be new). The other is #965A-3CD1-00RG. ( This unit appears to be slightly used but in good condition). Both units are 12 - 24 VAC or VDC 7 VA max. They come in the orginal boxes. They were surplus stock in a closed manufacturing plant.
