This product is used, but still works great ! Some of the plugs are missing , but we just taped over the holes ! We do not have the operating instruction booklet ! Has 6 racks for small Quail size eggs and 6 racks for larger eggs. The racks are not broken or cracked and neither is the sty. container nor the windows !
