These are new old stock fuses. Gould Shawmut 400 amp One-Time Fuses, OTS 400, 600 VAC or Less. They are slightly dirty from being out. They do not have there own boxes. They were in bins of fuses which I acquired from a company that closed. I have all different types that I will be listing in the future. If you are in need of fuses contact me with what you need and I will expedite listing.
