The machines offered in our ads are trade-ins and lease upgrades that are from our copier company and have been maintained over the course of their lease. They are pre-owned, used machines and NOT refurbished. All equipment has gone through rigorous testing and has been checked for copy clarity. All wearable belts and clutches have been changed as needed on all copiers. We are not responsible for any future problems that the machine may incur. There is no warranty on the machine, parts, or any of the consumables within the machine. These machines are used office equipment that has a substantial portion of their serviceable life remaining because they have been well maintained. A final test is done before the machine leaves to guarantee it is running and operational at the time. The copy counts on any of our equipment do not exceed more than the total of six months of the copy company’s maximum rated volume for this model of equipment.
