The specification of this alloy is EN AG103 The alloy contains 55% silver, 22% copper, 21% zinc, 2% tin. Cadmium-free. Melting temperature 620 deg C. This is a high-quality silver solder with a silver content of 55%, The old AG14 standard, it combines high strength with a low melting temperature. The small diameter of 1.0mm makes the alloy especially suitable for intricate work such as model engineering and jewellery and being cadmium-free is safe to use on food and medical equipment and utensils as well as applications such as refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
