Made by the Armstrong Blum MFG Company - Chicago USA Has holes to cut the following sizes: 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", 9/16", & 5/8". There's NO handle included with this item. The handle hole is 7/8 dia. Item appears to be in excellent condition (SEE PHOTOS) Please email me for additional photos I have not tested this item, but everything seems to be in working order If additional pictures are needed please send me your email address and I will get them to you.
